DIY Inground pool - Day 10.5

Happy Sunday everyone!

Today we him hawed around the house, I trimmed the front yard and Megan went to get groceries, we expected to do no work today as the rain chances have been very erratic.

After lunch we took a chance and said if we don't do this now, it will set us back a week due to higher chances of rain in the next 5-7 days.  It was a humid 93 degrees (feels like 100) in the sun and we had to take many breaks to stay cool.

Our goal was to get the floors completely done, including repairing some spots that were affected from the last rain.

                                                                        This is my station

And here is Megan's :)

We were fortunate enough to knock this out in just a couple of hours and it is getting exciting looking at this and how it is starting to look like a real pool!  I way over estimated how much Pool-Krete we needed to finish, so I have 6 bags for sale...hit me up!

This week we need to pass an electrical inspection and then backfill, our liner should ship tomorrow so we are getting closer every day!

Thanks for reading, stay tuned, oh and today is Dads birthday, Happy Birthday Dad!
